Empower people with disabilities and their families to exercise their rights.
Facilitate opportunities and spaces for rehabilitation and habilitation that allow acquiring a degree of independence in daily activities.
Promote the educational, social, cultural, economic, political, and recreational inclusion of people with disabilities, addressing the different models of inclusion.
Drive actions that seek the personal and family sustenance of people with disabilities, with a focus on economic empowerment.
Promote attitudinal changes to overcome exclusion and discrimination in society, enabling full inclusion for people with disabilities.
Foster the involvement of local governments, as well as public and private entities, in change processes aimed at the inclusion of marginalized and vulnerable sectors and groups.
