According to the articles of incorporation and bylaws of AIDEPCE, it has defined its nature and objectives, primarily being the improvement of the quality of life of people with disabilities, with an emphasis on children, adolescents, and youth; within this, it also takes their families into account. It is necessary to emphasize that to promote inclusion with a rights-based approach, it is necessary to consider different actors such as: public and private entities, local organizations, and local, departmental, and national governments, which are structured as follows:

AIDEPCE, being an organization with limited resources and based on the experience acquired during its time of operation, has been implementing actions in some municipalities of the Department of Baja Verapaz, and Santa María Joyabaj in the Department of El Quiché.
